Scott N. Feuer
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Feuer is Chief Executive Officer and
co-founder of Skyway Advisors, LLC. Prior to forming Skyway
in October 2002, Mr. Feuer was employed from 1997 through
2002 in the Media and Entertainment Group at Communications
Equity Associates, most recently in the position of Senior
Vice President and Head of the Entertainment Group. Mr. Feuer
was co-founder of the Converging Media Group at CEA in 1999,
and has substantial experience advising media, entertainment,
technology and real estate related companies on investment
banking related matters. Mr. Feuer has executed numerous transactions
including mergers & acquisitions and financial advisory
engagements, and private placements of equity and debt securities.
Prior to CEA, Mr. Feuer was employed by the Walt Disney Company
in Business Planning & Development within the Attractions
Division in Orlando, Florida. Mr. Feuer also has prior work
experience at Kenneth Leventhal & Company (now a part
of Ernst & Young) and Butcher and Company (now a part
of Wachovia Securities).
Mr. Feuer holds a B.A. in History from the
University of Pennsylvania, and B.S.E. in Finance from the
Wharton School of Business and a Masters in Business Administration
from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
Mr. Feuer holds Series 7, 24, and 63 securities licenses.
Bryan L. Crino
President
Mr. Crino is President and co-founder of
Skyway Advisors, LLC. Prior to forming Skyway in October 2002,
Mr. Crino was employed from 1997 through 2002 in the Media
and Entertainment Group at Communications Equity Associates,
most recently in the position of Senior Vice President and
Head of the Broadcast and Publishing Groups. Mr. Crino was
co-founder of the Converging Media Group at CEA in 1999, and
has substantial experience advising media, entertainment,
technology and real estate related companies on investment
banking related matters. Mr. Crino has executed numerous transactions
including mergers & acquisitions and financial advisory
engagements, and private placements of equity and debt securities.
Prior to CEA, Mr. Crino was CFO and Vice President at Instep
Software. From 1991 through 1996 Mr. Crino practiced law in
the corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions groups
at Schiff, Hardin & Waite in Chicago, Illinois.
Mr. Crino holds a BBA from the University
of Texas, a law degree with honors from the University of
Illinois, where he served as an editor of The Law Review,
and an MBA from the JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
Mr. Crino holds Series 7, 24, 28 and 63 securities licenses
and has been published on numerous topics including financial
derivative transactions and directors duties in merger and
acquisition situations.
