Skyway Capital Partners will selectively make principal investments, both equity and debt, either directly through its Skyway Bridge Fund (in formation), or indirectly through its Key Strategic Partners.

Key criteria for evaluating Skyway Bridge Fund (SBF) investments include the following:

• Sector Focus – Investments typically made across the MET industry sectors served
• Transaction Types – SBF will invest in a variety of different transaction types, including: leveraged and management buyouts, growth and acquisition financing, recapitalization and refinancing
• Investment Focus – SBF seeks transactions requiring between $500k and $3 million of capital
• Investment parameters – Opportunistic, although tend towards short-term situations (less than 12 months). We invest in senior, subordinated debt and other junior capital securities. We look to invest in a diverse portfolio of securities to achieve attractive risk-adjusted rates of return. To achieve target rates of return, will look for current pay or payment-in-kind senior of subordinated debt with warrants, preferred stock with warrants or common equity (in conjunction with subordinated capital)
